1. Non-Refundable Fees:
All fees paid for courses at IBAS GLOBAL are final and non-refundable. Once a payment transaction has been completed, it cannot be reversed.
2. Course Preparation:
IBAS GLOBAL provides coaching and syllabus guidance; however, it is your responsibility to prepare adequately for examinations. IBAS GLOBAL is not liable for examination outcomes. Should you need to retake an examination, IBAS GLOBAL will continue to provide coaching without charging additional coaching fees.
3. Additional Charges:
The course fees charged are solely for coaching/tuition. Any additional expenses, such as student registration fees, subscriptions to principal institutes, and examination fees, are to be borne by you and paid directly to the respective institutions.
4. Course Access:
Upon successful payment, you will obtain access to course materials. Online live classes will be scheduled as mutually agreed. This access is granted on a strictly non-refundable basis.
5. Attendance Responsibility:
IBAS GLOBAL bears no liability for your non-attendance or missed classes during the agreed schedule. It is your responsibility to engage with the educational content provided.
6. Cancellation by IBAS GLOBAL:
In the event that a course is cancelled or rescheduled by IBAS GLOBAL, we will notify you promptly. Alternative arrangements will be provided yet refund requests will not be considered.
7. Policy Exceptions:
Any exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must receive prior written approval from IBAS GLOBAL management.
